Welcome to "Sapori di Sicilia", a unique event that celebrates typical Sicilian food products in a two-day sensory experience. We are pleased to invite you to participate in this extraordinary exhibition, where you can discover the culinary delicacies that characterize the Sicilian island.

DMG SICILY EXPORT is a company based in Castellammare del Golfo (TP), born from the passion and initiative of Gaetano Di Bartolo for the "Enhancement of Sicilian products".
During the event, we will give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the richness of Sicilian food and wine traditions, savoring the products we have selected and we will guide you on a culinary journey through the unique flavors and unmistakable aromas of our products.

Here's what you can expect from "Taste of Sicily":
- Products display:
You will have the opportunity to visit a wide range of stands of typical Sicilian food companies. Each stand will offer a wide selection of products, including fine cheeses, traditional cured meats, extra virgin olive oil, artisan desserts and much more. You will be able to admire the quality of the products, discover the stories behind them and taste samples to delight your palate.
Visitors will be able to taste free samples, discover new flavors and interact directly with the collaborators of DMG SICILY EXPORT and then proceed to purchase the products.
- Guided tastings:
During the event, guided tastings will be organized by expert gastronomes and sommeliers.
These sessions will allow participants to deepen their knowledge of the products presented, learning to appreciate their characteristics, production techniques and suggestions for pairing them with food and wine.
The guided tastings will offer an engaging and informative experience, allowing visitors to experience a real immersion in Sicilian food culture.
- Workshops and laboratories:
The second day of the event will be dedicated to interactive workshops and labs, where culinary experts and artisans will share their knowledge and skills. Participants will be able to
participate in traditional Sicilian cooking lessons, learning how to prepare typical dishes using local ingredients.
Workshops will also be organized to learn artisanal manufacturing techniques and to create unique food products, offering a practical and engaging experience for all participants.
The company goal is to offer a single marketplace of all the products of our island, enhancing local production, respecting both our territory and the customer and his satisfaction.
